Mony Nop Real Estate. Service, Start to Finish!™

Mony has been a real estate agent since 2007 and has been with Keller Williams Tri-Valley Realty since 2012. He and his team of professionals take their dedication to service very seriously.

For his community involvement, he has been awarded the Bay East Association of Realtors’ Good Neighbors Award in 2014, the National Association of Realtors’ Good Neighbor Award in 2017, and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy Award in 2018.

Having been born into the slave labor camps during the Killing Fields of Cambodia, Mony Nop and his family escaped when he was 6 years old, walking from Cambodia to Thailand. They lived in multiple refugee camps in Thailand and the Philippines, until they immigrated to the U.S. and resettled in California in 1983.

Overcoming extreme challenges, he became a police officer and served Livermore for 17 years. After earning a business degree from St. Mary’s, he retired from the police force to establish a successful real estate office here in the Tri-Valley.

He is the founder of Mony Nop Foundation, focused on youth leadership, and co-founder of Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance, dedicated to strengthening the community by supporting local nonprofits.

Because Mony believes in the importance of conveying to children the valuable role police officers play in the community, he recently authored the children’s book: Officer M.N.O.P and Me—How Police Officers Serve the Community On and Off Duty.

At his core, Mony is driven by a desire to make a difference in the world by helping children, so they never have to suffer as he did as a child.
