Loan Nguyen is a dedicated real estate advisor with a deep personal connection to the Livermore community. Originally from Vietnam, Loan came to the United States in 2009 and later moved to Livermore in 2017 from Texas. Since then, she has proudly built her life, career, and family in the Tri-Valley.
As a local homeowner and parent, Loan brings firsthand knowledge of what makes Livermore such a special place to live. She and her family are deeply rooted in the community, with her children attending Livermore High School and Christensen Middle School. This personal connection fuels her passion for helping clients find not just a house, but a place where they can truly put down roots.

She is a successful Airbnb Superhost and manages both a short-term vacation rental and a long-term rental property.
