I met Mony last year and just recently, I got introduced and get know him more about his background and his success in real estate. What a great personality, he has a very nice human nature and helping personality. He has a great passion in what he does and a good drive in the real estate business. His knowledge and drive in the real estate with passion towards helping people in the major asset of their life which is real estate, will really help his clients fulfill their dreams.

Mony Nop and team are excellent. They helped us purchase our new home and the experience was great. Mony got us in to see several homes before they were listed and we were able to view several homes outside of open house events which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Mony to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Also, if you are new to the area Mony and his team do a great job helping you learn about everything the area has to offer. I have lived in the area for several years and still learned several new things Livermore has to offer.

Our experience with Mony Nop was incredible! First and foremost, working with him as our realtor was the BEST we've ever had in a real estate transaction! He was incredibly responsive, knowledgable, professional, and went above in beyond in every aspect of our experience with him. But even beyond the professional side, he became a trusted advisor and friend through this process. Mony and his team were awesome to work with. His team is top notch and he provides a 5 star experience for his clients. All of his marketing was incredible. From the stager, to the photographers, the inclusion of 3D walk throughs, and posting on all online platforms from real estate (like zillow, redfin, realtor.com, etc) to his extensive online network through LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. I really felt like he went through every modern day avenue to market our house in the best way possible. I really trusted that our house was being "seen" in the best light, by as many people as possible through his marketing. He even provided stats on views for the MLS listing! Not only did our house sell in a few days after listing with multiple offers, for 75k over asking with AMAZING terms and a quick close... but even after the transaction was done, Mony continued to check in on our family, offer help in any way he could, and helped coordinate a moving/packing company for us. Aside from the sale of our home, our family happened to be walking through a very difficult season personally, and Mony went above and beyond to support us through that season. I can't rave about our experience with Mony enough. I 10/10 would recommend using Mony as your realtor!
