When we planned to sell our Oakland condo some years ago, we didn’t have a great experience with our 1st realtor and almost gave up but after getting Mony involved, the condo sold so fast with competing offers and above list price (it was not a seller’s market at the time like it is now). When we decided to move out of state and sell our house in Concord, we knew exactly who to call! Once again, Mony and his team made it happen fast with competing offers, above list price and with the rent-back conditions we needed! He was knowledgeable in how we could make our house more desirable compared to the others. It is worrisome to have strangers come through your house for showings during this pandemic, but they followed all safety protocols and had supplies available, which put my mind to ease. They had great communication throughout the escrow process, which had a few challenges along the way (no fault of theirs). We highly recommend their wonderful team!
