I'm a 26 year loan officer, and was introduced to Mony by a mutual buyer. From the get go, I could tell Mony and his team were committed to creating a buyer experience that all buyers deserve. The goal of hiring a Real Estate agent to sell your home is to get your home sold quickly, for the price you want, with as few headaches as possible. That’s what Mony and Sophie were able to do. I gave them the near impossible task of having my home on the market within two weeks of the date we met as I was leaving on an extended vacation. They were able to coordinate getting everything fixed, that needed to be fixed, and everything else necessary to get my home on the market before I left for vacation.

While on vacation they communicated in a professional manner as to interest in my home at the open houses. It sold on the first weekend and they were able to send me everything that was necessary to be signed by email without an interruption of my vacation. The whole transaction was easy and painless.
