Compass Concierge is designed to simplify the selling process while helping you make confident, well-informed decisions about your home. With guidance from the Mony Nop Real Estate Team, the process is strategic, transparent, and fully supported from start to finish.

  1. Strategic Home Assessment Every Concierge plan starts with a thoughtful walkthrough of your home. Mony and his team evaluates your property through the lens of today’s market, identifying which improvements will have the greatest impact on buyer appeal and value. The focus is always on smart updates that make sense for your home, timeline, and goals, not unnecessary work.

  2. Personalized Improvement Plan Based on that assessment, you’ll receive a clear, prioritized plan outlining recommended improvements. This may include cosmetic updates, light renovations, staging, or repairs. You’ll understand what’s being recommended, why it matters, and how it fits into the overall selling strategy.

  3. Upfront Costs Covered Once the plan is approved, sellers can access up to $50,000 to cover upfront costs associated with preparing their home for market. This includes approved improvements such as repairs, updates, staging, or light renovations. There is zero interest on the funds, with a one-time $750 setup fee. No payments are due until your home sells, allowing you to move forward with confidence and without financial strain.

  4. Project Coordination & Oversight With Compass Concierge, you’re not left managing vendors or timelines on your own. Mony and the team help coordinate trusted contractors, designers, and service providers, keeping the process organized and moving forward smoothly. You remain informed while the details are handled for you.

  5. Payment at Closing or Program Completion Payment for Concierge services and any applicable fees is due when one of the following occurs: your home sells, your listing agreement with Compass is terminated, or 12 months have passed from your Concierge start date. This structure allows you to move forward with preparing your home without immediate out-of-pocket costs, while keeping the process clear and transparent from the start.
