We hired Mony Nop and his team to sell a rental property we owned. From start to finish, they were wonderful to work with, knowable, efficient, attentive to our needs, and knew exactly what we needed to do to prepare the property. My gauge for judging someone I've hired, regardless of the job, is how I feel about them after the job is complete. I can truly say that Mony is that person I would hire again in the future. In addition, he invests his time and efforts in our community. I highly recommend Mony Nop if you're ever in need of a realtor.

Mony, AMber and the entire extended team were unbelievable! They executed with passion, excellence, integrity, professionalism, and with a personal kind and caring way! The experience exceeded my expectations. I had to clean and freshen up the property and they had excellent quality , reasonably priced experts in all areas to help. They managed it all from start to finish. They managed everything with Efficiency and ease. My home looked amazing with staging and sold quickly and closed quickly. I cannot thank them enough for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend them. So grateful!

Team Mony did a fabulous job selling our house in Livermore. Every step of the sale process was well planned and executed, from the initial inspection and update recommendations to the final document signing.

Mony's team and trade contacts worked diligently to paint the house, make repairs and staging. (The house looked so good that we almost decided to stay in our new house and not sell it.) After a few weeks on the market, we received multiple offers and accepted the highest offer.

If you are selling or buying a home, you won't go wrong hiring Mony and his team.

We used Mony and his team to sell our home last month and couldn't have made a better decision! When we met Mony inside our house on day 1, he had a grand vision for how everything should look including a full bathroom remodel, landscaping, and full interior/exterior and kitchen cabinetry painting. We used several of Mony's personal recommendations including his general contractor, termite inspector, stager, and real estate attorney, who were all very knowledgeable and provided us with quality service.

We followed Mony's advice and put $30k into our home. Seeing everything come to life that Mony had envisioned was incredible, our home looked beautiful once finished! We ended up getting our invested money back out and then some when we sold - the upgrades were well worth it. Mony and his team had a plan/timeline to complete every step from start to finish in order to sell our house, which was very useful and important.

Mony is an incredible guy with an immense amount of passion for what he does that really shows in his work ethic and attention to detail. He's a very kind person, a former police officer of 17 years, and active in the community. We loved working with him and his team members, who were also very knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. I'd highly recommend using Mony and his team and will be in contact with him again when I'm ready to buy my next home.

Buying and selling a home can be a stressful experience, but Mony made the process seamless and enjoyable. Mony Nop and team are excellent. They helped us purchase our new home and the experience was great. Mony got us in to see several homes before they were listed and we were able to view several homes outside of open house events which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Mony to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Also, if you are new to the area Mony and his team do a great job helping you learn about everything the area has to offer. I have lived in the area for several years and still learned several new things Livermore has to offer.

I met Mony 3 years before I ever needed a Realtor. He knocked on my door in the heat of summer, wearing a suit and tie and riding a Segway! I told myself if this person is working this hard to drum up business, imagine how hard he will work when I need his services. I was not mistaken!

My husband and I called him when we were ready to buy a home. He found us a home that wasn't yet on the market as he listened to our needs. He showed us the house immediately. We ended up buying it short-sale and made thousands. When the time came 4 years later for us to sell that same house, Mony is the only person we called.

He and his team are the ultimate in professionals. They pick up the phone and always call back timely! They provide staging assistance, professional photography and many other services.

Mony is the hardest working realtor I've ever known. As a remote owner of my rental home, I trusted Mony to prepare my home, and market it for the sale - he had a work crew, painter, and a professional stager get my home in tip-top form which brought multiple offers for the highest sales price. We've knew Mony for years but never had the opportunity to work with him until we had to find a new home for my dad here in Livermore. As expected, Mony did a great job helping us to negotiate the right deal to make sure that we got exactly the home we wanted. He was present for all of the inspections, even when I could not be there myself to make sure everything was in order. He even dug through city records to verify the building permit for a remodel to the home, which was something we wanted to be certain about. Mony also followed up with us after we moved my dad into his new home. We could not be happier with his service and attention to detail. Mony is a great person as well. When we have another real estate need in the future, we will be sure to contact Mony first.
