Leadership is not separate from how we serve our clients. For Mony and Sophie, leadership is about responsibility, stewardship, and consistently showing up for the communities and industries we serve.
Through years of service in civic, nonprofit, and professional organizations, Mony and Sophie bring a broader perspective, stronger advocacy, and deeper accountability to their real estate work throughout Livermore and the Tri-Valley.
Mony Nop — Leadership Through Service
Mony’s leadership is rooted in service and responsibility. Before stepping into civic and professional leadership roles, Mony spent years serving the community as a law enforcement officer with the Livermore Police Department, where integrity, accountability, and calm decision-making were essential. That foundation continues to shape how he leads, advocates, and serves today.
His leadership journey has since expanded into nonprofit, civic, and professional organizations throughout Livermore and the Tri-Valley, reflecting a long-standing commitment to community building and service beyond the transaction.

Sophaline Mao — Leadership Through Advocacy
Sophie’s leadership is rooted in empowerment, advocacy, and global perspective. Before stepping into nonprofit and professional leadership roles, she built a career across financial services, biopharmaceuticals, and technology, including several years working internationally in Southeast Asia. That experience shaped a leadership style grounded in collaboration, cultural awareness, and thoughtful decision-making, which continues to guide how she serves today.
Her leadership journey has expanded into professional and nonprofit organizations throughout the Tri-Valley, where she focuses on empowering women leaders, advancing housing stability, and strengthening community-based organizations.
Sophie’s leadership and service include:
