Shortly before closing, the buyer will complete a final walk-through to confirm the home is in the agreed-upon condition and that any negotiated repairs have been addressed.
We coordinate timing and communication to ensure everything proceeds smoothly.
Preparing for Closing
Prior to closing, you’ll:
- Arrange cancellation or transfer of utilities
- Prepare keys, remotes, and property information for the buyer
- Review final settlement figures

On Closing Day
Once documents are signed and funds are transferred, ownership officially changes hands. Proceeds are typically wired securely to your designated account.
